This summer will be unforgettable for 20 graduates of the schools from Hincesti district because they will get a unique experience within the School of Edelweiss Ambassadors.

During one week they will participate in several personal and professional development programs supported by experienced trainers from the Republic of Moldova and abroad.

The School of Edelweiss Ambassadors Project has enjoyed great success since it was launched by the charity foundation created by Mr. Vlad Plahotniuc. More than 200 young people from Hincesti district aged 15-16 years were registered, and following a rigorous preselection process 20 participants were chosen for this summer edition.

“This project probably will change me, will help me to be more daring, to develop, to get to know more things, to be more active, more creative”, expressed confidence one of the teenagers selected for the School of Edelweiss Ambassadors.

The School of Edelweiss Ambassadors is a project organized this year for the first time which is dedicated to guidance of young people in choosing a suitable career.

“Our idea is to motivate them to learn, to continue higher education studies and to choose a career that really suits them. We want to show them different opportunities for their future”, said Lara Moraru, the Executive Director of the Edelweiss Foundation.

According to the Project initiated by Edelweiss, the foundation’s representatives will be next to this young people during the whole year. Every two weeks the teenagers will participate in team building, will meet with people which realized their own potential in different areas of activity and will visit important companies from the Republic of Moldova.
