The wishes of 3rd grade students from Cristesti village, Nisporeni region, communicated by the class master Svetlana Secrieru, had an impact on the Edelweiss team, who rushed to fulfill them.

The children wanted to have a modern laptop and audio speakers, which will help them to diversify their learning methods. The school already has a projector and a screen, a printer-scanner. The only thing that was lacking and that would help them use all of this for education was a laptop.

On October 21st , Edelweiss representatives arrived at the school from Cristesti, attended by more than 100 children from socially vulnerable families, and visited mainly the 3rd grade students, who welcomed them with a lot of joy.

Besides the long-awaited laptop and speakers, the Edelweiss team brought along many donations for the sports hall (balls for football, basketball, volleyball and badminton paddles), gifts that also delighted the students. Willing to start playing with the new balls, the children thanked the Edelweiss representatives for the donations and rushed to the gym. Also, the school management highly appreciated the action of Edelweiss Foundation, and emphasized that the students now have access to modern learning tools, which will have their impact on students’ education.
