Director of the Institute for Mother and Child Health Care, Ștefan Gațcan, addressed one public letter to Prime Minister Iurie Leancă and one to speaker of the Parliament Igor Corman, regarding Revive Moldova social campaign.

Director of the Institute for Mother and Child Health Care, Ștefan Gațcan, addressed one public letter to Prime Minister Iurie Leancă and one to speaker of the Parliament Igor Corman, regarding Revive Moldova social campaign.

Through these letters, Ștefan Gațcan addressed “all political parties, deputies and Profile Committee of Parliament”, as well as “Cabinet Ministers and governmental institutions” to sustain fundraising campaign for the Institute of Mother and Child Health Care at the national level. “We respectfully address Legislative body and Government to support actively and publicly the Revive Moldova campaign, both, by discussing the demographic problem and personal contributions, and by publicly supporting this campaign, designed to ensure qualitative health care provided to mother and child in Republic of Moldova”, states the letters addressed by the director of the Institute.

Ștefan Gațcan specified that he decided to address deputies and members of the Government now, when the Executive body approved a number of measures related to the problem of nativity and conditions of mother and newborns. We would like to mention that, on 25 of June, this year, Cabinet Ministers adopted the amendment of the annex to the „ National Strategic Program on demographic security of the Republic of Moldova (2011-2025)”

The Revive Moldova campaign was launched in April and has the goal to achieve objectives with a social national impact: to reduce the risk of pathological births by guaranteeing free access to modern medicine; providing consultations, treatments and qualitative medical assistance for women that want to conceive a child, those who face gynecological diseases and even mothers with small children, from all social layers, and across the country.
