Until yesterday they were playing old and used instruments. Today the students from School of Arts from Stefan Voda are proud to show their new and high class instruments: an accordion, a flute, a guitar, a flute and a trumpet. All of the above were donated by Edelweiss Foundation at the beginning of the school year.

Students confess that they don’t know how they’d get along without new instruments donated by Edelweiss Foundation, since so many performances and concerts were organized at the School of Arts in this period. In the framework of “Together we succeed” campaign, the freshmen of the school of Arts organized a concert for special guests: Edelweiss Foundation’s team members.

More than 450 children study at the School of Art from Stefan Voda region. Ludmila Rusanovschi, the principal of the school confessed: “there are so few people who assist and help and I hope that the collaboration with Edelweiss Foundation is just at the beginning stage and that in future more beautiful projects of discovering and promoting young talents will be implemented”.

“The Republic of Moldova is well known for its musical talents, who conquered the world by participating in hundreds of international festivals and contests”. The Director of the Project, the founder of Edelweiss Foundation Mr. Vlad Plahotniuc mentioned: “By means of this collaboration we would like to continue to contribute to the development of musical art in Moldova, to discovering talents that would represent us abroad”.
