Social partnership between a private sector and educational institutions often remains the only chance for the latter to survive and provide adequate education to new generations these days. Over the past months the Edelweiss Foundation renovated a lot of classrooms in the school ,repaired the gym and endowed it with efficient exercise machines.

During the last visit to the school in Grozesti the Executive Director of the Edelweiss Foundation Aneta Serbuşca said that education is one of the most important directions of the foundation's activities and therefore supporting schools and other educational institutions will be continued. Only this year the sum of 500 000 lei has been allocated for repairing and upgrading school facilities with equipment and books by the Edelweiss Foundation.

The school director Nina Jalba said that " the state's support is sufficient only for the survival of educational institutions.Its development is mostly left to the discretion of grants, money collected from parents or what happens unfortunately rarely , the support from some business leaders in Moldova. In this context the aid provided by Vlad Plahotniuc is the only chance for children from Grozesti ,whose desire to study was hindered until recently due to the insufficient school facilities.
The school in Grozesti is the only educational institution in this location. It has been under the patronage of the ''Edelweiss'' founder Vlad Plahotniuc since 2005.
