Moldovan National Youth Orchestra held a new extraordinary concert just inside the Soroca Fortress. In this way, young artists continued the series of cultural events this summer, which seeks to promote classical music among the general public, coming up with unusual locations to conduct the concerts.

During the show, the audience was delighted with exciting adaptations of some modern music as well as symphonic music performed by talented young people from Moldovan National Youth Orchestra. Soroca’s citizens have been impressed by the concert, especially since for some of them it was the first live symphonic music from their life.

“We try to communicate our diverse feelings and emotions through an exceptional repertoire that I chose for this historical place, Soroca Fortress – a place that perfectly combines with music”, said Vadim Buinovschi, “Kaiser Band” member.

The “Captivating Architectures” concert series promote national architectural monuments through qualitative music from different periods. The shows are organized by the help of Vlad Plahotniuc’s “Edelweiss” Foundation.
This year’s summer concert’s edition will continue with a recital by Valentina Naforniţa, but also as a major show at the National Philharmonic of Kiev.
