In May this year the Foundation of Vlad Plahotniuc “Edelweiss” in cooperation with the Embassy of Austria to Chisinau and the “Neoumanist” Association for Education have launched the “Respect for seniors” Social Project that aims to provide support to elderly people in our country.

Thus, a mobile team composed of 4 people provides medical assistance and home care, household cleaning services and delivery of packages with food products to those 40 beneficiaries of the campaign.

Yesterday, the Edelweiss Foundation representatives being accompanied by the mobile team members went to Tataresti and Panasesti villages in Straseni district to those 7 beneficiaries of the “Respect for seniors” Project supporting them with loyalty and helping where necessary. 

The “Respect for seniors” Project will last 9 months, and by means of this project the Edelweiss Foundation will contribute to improving of the living conditions for the elderly people.
