Vlad Plahotniuc’s “Edelweiss” Foundation have organised within the “School of Edelweiss Ambassadors” project a training session for pupils with the topic “Essential Leadership Skills”.
 
The young Edelweiss Ambassadors have learned straight from the General Director of the Moldova Business People Association Andrei Crigan what are the skills of a true leader. At the same time the participants had the opportunity to discover the key theoretical concepts about leadership, communication and personal development.
 
We remind that the “School of Edelweiss Ambassadors” project is a social campaign that creates the opportunity for an educational experience designed to contribute to the personal development of pupils of the 9th grade. The project initiated by the Vlad Plahotniuc’s “Edelweiss” Foundation intends to supplement the school practice within the educational system and to prepare young people from the Republic of Moldova for proper career guidance.
